We Are Black Studies - 30-Day Return Policy
Thank you for choosing We Are Black Studies for your purchase. We take pride in providing high-quality products, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Process:
- Please email us at weareblackstudies@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your return authorization number.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
